Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Evening Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front of house staff. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor front of house staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily FOH operations, including. order accuracy
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the FOH team and the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication and service flow.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Manage FOH inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good condition.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:

  • Must have 11am – 11pm availability, including weekends.
  • Proven experience in a FOH leadership role in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant environment 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
